I'm am not a contractor, but right from the 1st time I walked in the door he treated me with respect and was beyond helpful. He guided me on the items I needed, what would work well with each other and his experiences to help me complete my renovation. On items that needed to be ordered he always had the items at the shop that were ordered as promised. No one could have had a better experience. Builders 1st is very lucky to have a guy like Bryan!
